Nasher Strengthens Cultural Movement In Saudi Arabia With New Literary Initiatives
Nasher, the pioneering publishing house under the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission, is set to invigorate Saudi Arabia's cultural scene. By launching its works in 2024, it aims to align with the Kingdom's cultural vision. This initiative is expected to enhance literary publishing in Saudi Arabia significantly.
At the Riyadh International Book Fair, Nasher showcased several notable publications. Among these were three books focused on adventure tourism within the Kingdom. A standout title was "Al Dalila," which explores six adventure routes across Saudi Arabia. This book was developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and the Saudi Sports for All Federation.

"Al Dalila" targets travel enthusiasts by highlighting heritage and natural sites across various regions. It includes a barcode that provides information about each site, such as nearby hotels and services. The book was designed with input from the Saudi Tourism Authority to attract more tourists.
Nasher plans to translate "Al Dalila" into multiple languages to broaden its reach. The book will be available in 25 countries, offering valuable insights for adventurers and camping fans alike.
Another significant publication by Nasher is the "Blue Kingdom." This guide caters to both novice and experienced divers interested in exploring the Red Sea. It features a barcode that details diving spots and island locations, making it an essential resource for diving enthusiasts.
The book "Shdad" is another remarkable work published by Nasher. Photographer Ibrahim Sarhan spent three years documenting traditional camel races and Bedouin culture in Tabuk region through his lens.
