Nakheel Awards AED 169 Million Infrastructure Contract To Al Nasr For Bay Villas At Dubai Islands

Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has engaged Al Nasr Contracting Company LLC for internal roadworks and utilities at Bay Villas on Dubai Islands. The AED169 million contract includes access roads for the 636-unit residential area and essential utility installations, ensuring connectivity between homes, public spaces, and island systems.

Bay Villas will offer a range of housing options including townhouses, semi-detached villas, garden villas, and premium waterfront and beachfront villas. This community is designed to provide a resort-style living experience within the broader vision of Dubai Islands.

This appointment aligns with Nakheel’s strategy to synchronise preparatory works with infrastructure delivery. It aims to facilitate efficient community development and ensure consistent outcomes for residents. The infrastructure investment is crucial for establishing Dubai Islands as a leading waterfront destination.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, stated that awarding the contract to Al Nasr is a foundational step for Bay Villas. He emphasised the importance of robust infrastructure from the beginning to support the 636-unit waterfront community.
