Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Inaugurates Najah Abu Dhabi 2024, Emphasising Higher Education's Importance
The 2024 Najah event in Abu Dhabi, the region's largest higher education gathering, was inaugurated by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence. He highlighted the UAE leadership's commitment to enhancing higher education, viewing it as crucial for preparing future generations to tackle upcoming challenges.
Sheikh Nahyan praised the advanced status of Emirati universities in the region. He expressed gratitude for efforts aimed at empowering youth and supporting their aspirations. "The UAE leadership places exceptional focus on higher education and continuously strives to develop and enhance it with all available resources," he stated.

Najah University Expo 2024 is taking place from October 27 to 29 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. The event features over 100 renowned universities from more than 20 countries, including the UAE, USA, Canada, UK, EU nations, Japan, and China. This diverse participation offers students a wide range of educational opportunities.
The expo includes seminars and live Q&A sessions focusing on current trends in higher education. These sessions cater to students interested in studying abroad or locally. Topics covered include entry requirements, application processes, specific fields like medicine and management, emerging careers, funding options, and scholarships.
Counsellors and university representatives are present to discuss critical aspects of higher education. They provide guidance on navigating various academic streams and address challenges faced by students pursuing higher education both domestically and internationally.
Dima Al Sadi, Najah Event Director, noted the positive feedback from visitors. "The response from visitors has been outstandingly positive," she said. Najah has become a trusted link between UAE students and global educational institutions over the years.
