Participants examined how neutrality, trust, and cooperation are crucial for sustainable peace. Discussions centred on strengthening multilateral partnerships and fostering understanding among nations amidst global challenges. Representatives from various states and organisations contributed to these dialogues.

The forum also marked the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, first adopted on 12th December 1995. This status has been reaffirmed through several UN General Assembly resolutions over the years. The discussions aimed to deepen international dialogue on these themes.

The UAE’s involvement in this forum underscores its dedication to promoting peace under President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The country is committed to supporting international efforts that advance dialogue, cooperation, and stability worldwide.

Sheikh Nahyan was accompanied by Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State, and Ahmed Al-Hameli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan. Their presence reinforced the UAE's commitment to these global initiatives.

Outcomes and Future Initiatives

The conference will conclude with a document outlining visions and proposals to promote peace globally. It will also present initiatives for future events aimed at embedding these principles further. These efforts are intended to enhance global cooperation in line with the conference's objectives.

This gathering provided a platform for discussing how education, youth engagement, and humanitarian cooperation can contribute to global stability. The role of these elements in fostering a culture of peace was a key focus during the sessions.

The event's discussions emphasised the relationship between peace and sustainable development. Participants explored how these concepts interlink to support long-term global security and prosperity.
