Nahyan Bin Mubarak Crowns Timble AI As Winner Of Eureka! GCC In Dubai
Timble AI emerged as the grand prize winner at the fourth Eureka! GCC, a major business model competition for startups in Asia. The award ceremony took place at Al Habtoor Palace Hotel in Dubai, attended by Sheikh Nahyan Mabarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, and Sunjay Sudhir, Ambassador of India to the UAE. Numerous entrepreneurs and innovation enthusiasts were also present.
This year’s event attracted over 300 startup applications from the GCC and global markets like India, Jordan, Turkiye, the UK, and Pakistan. Thirty companies reached the semi-finals and underwent extensive training through workshops and strategic consulting sessions focused on business modeling and investment pitching. The top 10 startups then presented their ideas to a distinguished judging panel.
Timble AI from the UAE stood out with its innovative AI-driven solutions, securing the top prize. Electrogenos won in the Sustainable Solutions category, while Dreamloop AI took second place overall. Invoice Mate was recognised for excellence in public engagement and storytelling as a "Startup Nominee."
Sheikh Nahyan praised Eureka! GCC for fostering innovation and collaboration between public and private sectors. He stated: "Through this initiative, GII has affirmed that innovation and entrepreneurship can profoundly reshape how we work, learn, and perceive institutional roles in society."
In his keynote address, Sheikh Nahyan highlighted the UAE's commitment to entrepreneurship under President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s vision. He said: "The vision places innovation and creativity at the heart of our progress. Entrepreneurs are key drivers of prosperity globally."
He further noted that Dubai embodies entrepreneurial spirit due to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's leadership. Sheikh Nahyan emphasised creating an ecosystem supporting young entrepreneurs through funding, education policies, infrastructure, advisory services, and intellectual property protection.
Pankaj Gupta, Co-Founder of GII and visionary behind Eureka! GCC, commented on this year’s success: "The region’s economic future is being shaped by bold ideas and resilient founders." The competition evolved into a regional movement uniting decision-makers around sustainable innovation goals.
The event received strong backing from strategic partners like iACCEL GBI, Crowe UAE, Headstart, Its Her Way, Encubay, Trusity, Startup Middle East, Diwan Hub, Bits Pilani, and Ecobee. These partners provided guidance and market access opportunities for participants.
Sheikh Nahyan encouraged raising public awareness about entrepreneurship by highlighting role models and promoting mentorship programs. He remarked: "Entrepreneurship is not just about profit but enhancing quality of life." He congratulated participants for their determination and passion for success.
The winners now embark on new journeys empowered with funding and media exposure. They join the next wave of Gulf success stories in one of the world’s most dynamic economic environments.
