During this workshop, attendees will collaborate in groups to create their own visual stories using various media formats. This hands-on approach allows them to express ideas innovatively and impactfully. Open to those aged 13 and above, the session will be led by Raya Bidshahri, Founder of School of Humanity.
The ‘Understanding Emotions Workshop’ is scheduled for 22nd June from 11:00 to 13:00. It emphasises daily well-being through guided meditation, breathing techniques, and self-compassion exercises. Veronica Larre, an expert in Psychology, Education, and Product Design, will lead this session.
