Municipalities Minister Majed Al-Hogail Reviews Investment Projects In Eastern Region And Engages With Investors

Majed Al-Hogail, the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, recently evaluated several investment projects in Eastern Region cities. These projects, developed in collaboration with the private sector, include Al Othaim Circle, Al Khobar Water Tower, Bayfront on Al Khobar Corniche, and Aramco Ajyal in Dhahran. The latter features a shopping mall and hotel alongside Razeen center.

During his visit, Al-Hogail commended the design and execution quality of these projects. He noted their compliance with top international standards, such as the Blue Flag certification. Some projects have even received global awards, highlighting the region's investment maturity. This recognition underscores the successful partnership between public and private sectors.

The minister also engaged with investors and business leaders from Saudi Arabia and other countries like Kuwait, Scotland, India, and Thailand. This meeting included significant participation from European and Asian investors. It demonstrated the Eastern Region's growing appeal as an investment destination under Vision 2030.
