New Murabba's Mukaab Project Seeks Global Design Partnerships For Riyadh's Future
The New Murabba Development Company, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has extended an invitation to leading design firms from Saudi Arabia and beyond to participate in the next phase of the Mukaab project. This initiative aligns with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, aiming to diversify the economy and create a vibrant urban environment.
The Mukaab project is set to transform Riyadh's skyline, serving as the centrepiece of New Murabba's downtown development. The company has made significant progress, including completing the initial stages of design and foundation work. The final design is expected to be completed by Q3 of 2024.

Excavation efforts have already seen nearly 5 million cubic meters of earth removed, with piling activities scheduled to begin in Q2 of this year. The company is actively seeking partnerships with firms specializing in post-concept design, independent design review, quality engineering services, and construction stage supervision.
This project offers a unique opportunity for innovative firms to collaborate and contribute to Riyadh's future urban landscape. Interested parties can register through the company's Vendor Registration page at: New Murabba Vendor Registration.
The New Murabba Development Company aims to discover advanced approaches and solutions that will bring the Mukaab to life. Once completed, the Mukaab will be one of the largest built structures globally, measuring 400 meters in height, width, and length.
