Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open 2026 Set To Showcase World-Class Women's Tennis From January 31

The Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open, presented by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, is set to return to the UAE capital. The fourth edition will take place from 31st January to 7th February 2026 at the International Tennis Centre, Zayed Sports City. This event promises to be a major attraction for tennis enthusiasts and will highlight Abu Dhabi's status as a global sports destination.

Following a record-breaking tournament in 2025, which featured eight of the world's top 20 players and attracted thousands of fans over eight days, the upcoming edition aims to deliver an even more impressive spectacle. The event will feature 28 singles players and 16 top doubles teams, building on last season's success where Belinda Bencic claimed her second title.

Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open Returns in January 2026

The Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open is part of the prestigious Hologic WTA tour and represents a unique blend of world-class sport and entertainment. The tournament spans eight days, offering fans an exciting journey from opening qualifiers to thrilling finals on Saturday, 7th February. It is hosted in partnership with Mubadala and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council.

The previous edition saw Olympic gold medalist Belinda Bencic make a remarkable comeback to win her second title at this event by defeating Ashlyn Krueger in the final. Meanwhile, Jelena Ostapenko and Ellen Perez secured victory in the doubles category.
