Mother Of The Nation Jiu-Jitsu Cup To Showcase UAE Women's Talent This Weekend
The UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation has confirmed that arrangements are complete for the Mother of the Nation Jiu-Jitsu Cup, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 31st January and 1st February, at the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy in Abu Dhabi, bringing together leading women athletes from clubs and academies across the country.
The two-day championship features multiple age groups, starting on Saturday with Under 12, Under 14 and Under 16 divisions, then continuing on Sunday with Under 18 and Adults categories. The event is considered one of the key fixtures on the Federation’s annual calendar for women’s jiu-jitsu.

The structure of the Mother of the Nation Jiu-Jitsu Cup has been designed to give young and adult athletes a clear pathway. Younger age groups open the programme, followed by older competitors on the second day, allowing clubs and families to focus on different brackets while tracking performances across all divisions.
