Moroccan Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan Visits Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Photographic Award Exhibition For Arabian Horses
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan of Morocco recently explored the 11th Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Photographic Award for Arabian Horse pavilion. This event is part of the annual Horse Exhibition in El Jadida. The UAE Ambassador to Morocco, Al Asri Saeed Ahmed Al Shaheri, along with Union of Arab Photographers (UAP) officials, welcomed him.
The Crown Prince expressed gratitude to H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his dedication to Arabian horses and equestrian events. He acknowledged Sheikh Mansour's efforts in fostering strong ties between Morocco and the UAE. His appreciation extended to the support given to Arab photographers specialising in Arabian horse photography.
During his visit, Prince Moulay El Hassan explored various sections of the pavilion. These sections highlighted four key themes: the beauty of Arabian horses, Tbourida (also known as Fantasia), horse-related activities, and equine videography. The organising team briefed him on the showcased works.
The Crown Prince admired the artistic quality and visual excellence of both photographs and videos. These submissions demonstrated photographers' creativity in capturing the elegance of Arabian horses. He also appreciated the innovative design of the award platform, which drew from Emirati heritage while incorporating creative elements.
At the end of his visit, a special gift was presented to Prince Moulay El Hassan by the UAE ambassador and Adeeb Shaaban, UAP President. The gift was a golden trophy symbolising the Arabian horse, crafted with exceptional artistic detail.
The Crown Prince praised Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan's patronage of Arab photographers. He noted its significance in enhancing this art form at both regional and international levels.
