Moro Hub Partners With Dubai Corporation For Enhanced Smart Healthcare Solutions In Dubai

Moro Hub, part of Digital DEWA, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS). This agreement aims to boost cooperation in digital transformation, smart solutions, and data-driven healthcare innovation. The MoU was signed by Eng. Marwan bin Haidar from Digital DEWA and Mishal Abdulkarim Julfar from DCAS during GITEX Global 2025.

Eng. Marwan bin Haidar expressed Moro Hub's dedication to equipping government bodies with digital solutions that utilise data, cloud technology, AI, and IoT. He stated, "Our collaboration with DCAS represents a significant step forward in enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient emergency medical services that align with Dubai’s digital future and sustainability goals."

The partnership will explore various strategic areas such as colocation and cloud hosting services, IoT and smart city solutions, cybersecurity services, managed and professional services, along with advanced technologies. These efforts aim to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of emergency healthcare services in Dubai.

Mishal Abdulkarim Julfar highlighted DCAS's commitment to adopting innovative technologies to improve service readiness and quality. He remarked that partnering with Moro Hub will help integrate advanced digital capabilities to streamline emergency operations and maintain high healthcare delivery standards for the community.
