Monsha'at To Host Biban 24 Forum In Riyadh From November 5 To 9 For Entrepreneurs

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, known as Monsha'at, will host the Biban 24 forum in Riyadh from November 5 to 9. This event, themed "Global Destination for Opportunities," aims to bring together over 250 speakers and 1,350 exhibitors from both local and international markets. The forum's primary goal is to enhance the growth and competitiveness of entrepreneurial ventures.

Monsha'at Governor Sami Alhussaini stated: "Biban 24 forum serves as a platform for entrepreneurs to discover new opportunities and promote the growth and sustainability of small and medium enterprises." He further mentioned that the event encourages future collaborations in innovation between Saudi entrepreneurs and their international counterparts.

The forum seeks to cultivate a culture of entrepreneurship by empowering aspiring entrepreneurs. It aims to increase the number of new companies by identifying investment opportunities in both public and private sectors. Additionally, it aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes boosting small and medium enterprises' contribution to the GDP.

Over 150 entities from various sectors will participate, offering support in areas like capacity building and e-commerce. These entities aim to address challenges that may hinder business growth. The forum will also host the finals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup, featuring participants from 151 countries.

Biban 24 will include around 420 training workshops expected to benefit over 19,000 participants. These workshops cover diverse topics aimed at fostering a thriving entrepreneurship ecosystem. The event is anticipated to attract more than 120,000 attendees.

The top 100 entrepreneurs who have qualified for the finals will compete for cash prizes up to $1 million. Saudi Arabia is hosting this significant entrepreneurship competition's final qualifiers and closing ceremony.

The forum consists of nine doors designed to cater to various needs of small- and medium-sized enterprise owners across industries. These include Start, Enablement, E-commerce, Funding and Investment, Innovation, Startup, Franchise, Fast-growing Enterprises, and Market.

Numerous launches and agreements are expected during the forum that will directly impact the entrepreneurship sector across different industries. The event aims to stimulate investment in small- and medium-sized enterprises through diverse financing solutions.
