UAE Ministry Of Human Resources Adds Video Call Support For Customers

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has introduced a video call service on its official smart application, in addition to continuing the same feature via WhatsApp using the number 600590000.

This development is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to improve digital services for customers and align with the UAE Government's digital transformation goals by broadening the range of digital services offered to customers.

MoHRE Adds Video Call Support

Users can now inquire about all MoHRE services and receive necessary support through video calls with customer happiness consultants. The service can be accessed through the Ministry's official application under the "Support and Contact" option, as well as on WhatsApp under the "Establishments and Workers" or "Domestic Workers" options.

Hussain Al Alili, Director of the Customer Relations Department at MoHRE, stated that expanding this new service and launching it through the smart application is in line with their strategy. He emphasized their commitment to providing exceptional services to customers, extending their digital offerings, and ensuring a comfortable, easy, and fast user experience.

The video call service will be operational during MoHRE's official working hours: from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm on Friday. Customers can also reach out to the Ministry's call centre at 600590000 throughout the week.

In 2021, MoHRE reported over 50 million interactions with customers via its available service channels.
