MoHAP Launches Easy Payment Initiative For Enhanced Customer Financial Flexibility
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has introduced an "Easy Payment Initiative," enabling customers to pay for Ministry services in installments using credit cards from eight local banks. This initiative aims to provide greater financial flexibility and convenience, enhancing the overall customer experience.
The "Easy Payment" plan allows credit cardholders from selected local banks to pay for Ministry services in manageable installments. The terms and conditions, including profit rates, installment periods, and minimum payments, are set by the banks to ensure customer satisfaction. Cardholders can apply for the plan through their bank's call centre or other available channels.

By facilitating easier management of financial obligations, the "Easy Payment Initiative" aims to improve the quality of life in the community. It underscores the Ministry's commitment to enhancing customer well-being and aligns with its strategic plans to adopt innovative financial solutions leveraging technological advancements.

The Ministry is the first federal government entity to introduce such a flexible payment system. Partnership with Local Banks
Amna Al Mandous, Head of the Revenue Section, emphasized that the Ministry is committed to providing simple and innovative financial solutions tailored to customer needs. The Ministry has partnered with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Ajman Bank, Emirates Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD, Sharjah Islamic Bank, and Dubai Islamic Bank.
