Under H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's guidance, the initiative has been revitalised. As Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, he supports youth aiming to create a brighter future for Arab communities. H.H. Sheikh Mohammed emphasised that 200 million young people in the region represent hope for its future.

He expressed confidence in their determination and highlighted their crucial role in driving economic, social, and technological progress. "All Arab talents are invited to join the largest network of its kind in the Arab region," he stated. This network allows them to contribute to impactful initiatives and projects.

During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed directed organising the largest gathering of Young Arab Leaders at February's World Government Summit in Dubai. This event will focus on developing various initiatives and projects with active participation from Arab youth. His Highness described it as a key milestone for advancing the Young Arab Leaders initiative.

He pledged support from Dubai and the UAE for all young Arab leaders aspiring for success. In December 2024, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan approved forming the Board of Directors for this initiative. The Board consists of 11 influential Arab figures from diverse fields tasked with steering it toward greater impact and success.

The meeting underscored how vital it is for young Arabs to engage actively in shaping their communities' futures through collaboration and innovation. By participating in high-impact projects, they can drive significant achievements powered by their energy and determination.
