Mohammed Bin Rashid Emphasises Innovation And Sustainability At Middle East Hunting Expo 2025
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, recently attended the Middle East Hunting Expo 2025 (MEHEX) at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai. This event, open until 10 November, unites local and global producers and distributors of hunting and outdoor gear.
During his visit, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid emphasised the importance of innovation and sustainability in shaping the future. He noted that protecting natural heritage through responsible practices is crucial for ensuring the security and wellbeing of future generations by managing natural resources wisely according to international standards.
The exhibition serves as a platform for exchanging knowledge and promoting responsible environmental practices. H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid stressed that maintaining a balanced relationship between humans and nature is a collective duty. Protecting wildlife supports a sustainable quality of life for future generations, aligning with the UAE's ongoing efforts to safeguard the environment and promote biodiversity.
Accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed toured various national and international pavilions during his visit. He was informed about the latest hunting and outdoor equipment presented by leading manufacturers, suppliers, and experts worldwide.
The tour included a review of products and technologies on display, including equipment from entities focused on wildlife and environmental conservation. H.H. Sheikh Mohammed also visited pavilions of prominent international companies such as Hans Wrage & Co, Archon Firearms, Nocpix, Créapeiron, Schiwy Waffen, and Royal African Hunting Safaris.
In line with his commitment to supporting national capabilities, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed stopped at the CARACAL pavilion, part of the EDGE Group. CARACAL showcased high-performance hunting products designed and manufactured in the UAE.
Cultural Heritage Preservation
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed also visited the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Centre stand. The centre is dedicated to preserving authentic Emirati traditions and strengthening cultural identity among younger generations. Additionally, he visited the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) stand to learn about advanced security systems across various sectors.
The Middle East Hunting Expo 2025 is recognised as a premier regional event for hunting enthusiasts to discover new products and services. It gathers distinguished Emirati, Arab, and international companies as an important meeting point for manufacturers, suppliers, and experts to discuss opportunities and build partnerships.
