Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment Achieves Global Recognition As A Great Place To Work For Second Year
The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has set a global precedent by becoming the first housing institution worldwide to earn the "Great Place to Work" certification. This recognition highlights MBRHE's commitment to creating an exceptional workplace environment. The Establishment achieved a remarkable 99% score in the Great Place to Work survey for two consecutive years, showcasing high employee trust and satisfaction.
MBRHE's dedication to fostering a positive work culture is evident in its top ranking in the Middle East within the MEDIUM category. This achievement surpasses numerous public and private sector organisations across the region. The certification, issued by Great Place to Work, a US-based global consulting firm, is one of the most esteemed recognitions in workplace culture.

Acting CEO Mohammed Al Shehhi expressed pride in this accomplishment, stating: "This global recognition is the result of our leadership’s vision and unwavering commitment to building a workplace that puts people at the heart of its priorities, fostering innovation, creativity, and teamwork." He emphasised that maintaining first place in the Middle East for two years underscores MBRHE's role as a leading government entity promoting a healthy work environment.
The certification process involves comprehensive evaluations, including employee surveys and workplace culture assessments. These assessments cover millions of employees and thousands of organisations across nearly 100 countries. The evaluation measures five core dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie, along with sub-dimensions like innovation and leadership support.
This achievement reflects MBRHE’s strong commitment to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and sustainable work environment that enhances employee happiness. It also drives productivity and strengthens institutional competitiveness both locally and globally. Such recognition serves as an incentive for continued excellence and innovation.
MBRHE’s success reinforces Dubai and the UAE’s position as a global hub for government excellence and institutional leadership. By prioritising employee well-being and fostering a supportive work culture, MBRHE exemplifies how organisations can thrive through strategic focus on people-centric values.
