Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment And GFS Developments Sign Partnership For Smart Housing Forum 2025
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has partnered with GFS Developments to introduce the Smart Housing Forum 2025. This event, themed "Innovative Solutions for Smart and Sustainable Housing," will be held in Dubai this October. The initiative aims to boost collaboration between public and private sectors, enhancing the sustainable housing ecosystem.
Dhallal Khalifa Al Falasi, Assistant CEO of the Corporate Support Sector at MBRHE, and Irfan Wahid, CEO of GFS Developments, were present at the agreement signing. Senior executives from both organisations also attended. The partnership aims to establish the forum as a premier platform for showcasing global innovations and best practices in housing.

Haitham Abdulrahman Al Khaja, Director of Communication and Marketing at MBRHE, highlighted the forum's significance: "The Smart Housing Forum represents an important platform to highlight innovative and sustainable solutions in the housing sector.
