Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment Collaborates With Beyond Limits To Enhance Housing Services Using AI

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has entered into a strategic agreement with Beyond Limits, a global AI leader. This collaboration aims to create innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance housing services' efficiency, aligning with Dubai's digital transformation goals and advanced AI integration.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focuses on fostering cooperation in AI and innovation. It involves developing joint smart housing technology solutions, sharing expertise, and building capabilities to support digital transformation. Pilot projects will be implemented to improve institutional efficiency and adopt global best practices in using AI for high-quality, sustainable housing services.

MBRHE Partners with Beyond Limits for AI Solutions

Thilal Al Falasi, Assistant CEO of the Corporate Support Sector at MBRHE, expressed commitment to innovation and sustainability across all projects. He stated, "We are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability across all our projects, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance institutional efficiency and quality of life in Dubai. This partnership is in line with Dubai’s vision to build smart cities that learn and serve the community proactively and effectively."

Hazem Khayat, Regional Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Beyond Limits, highlighted the significance of this collaboration. We believe this partnership will mark a quantum leap in government housing services through advanced, self-operating AI solutions, built upon our global expertise and technologies originally developed for the US space programme."
