His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, was also present. The event highlighted The Executive Office's pivotal role in shaping Dubai's leadership and innovation over the years.

The Executive Office has been instrumental in supporting Dubai's decision-making process since its establishment by decree of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed. It serves as the direct executive arm for His Highness's directives and initiatives, playing a crucial role in shaping Dubai's future vision and direction. The Executive Office also houses several key initiatives such as Smart Dubai, which evolved into Digital Dubai in 2021.
