Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub Unveils The VIP Terminal Boulevard To Boost Dubai's Aviation Sector

The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has initiated the construction of 'The VIP Terminal Boulevard', a pivotal development aimed at bolstering the region's aviation sector.

This announcement underlines Dubai's commitment to expanding its aviation services to meet growing demand. The boulevard, encompassing 769 meters and comprising 16 premium buildings, is set to offer an extensive range of state-of-the-art facilities and retail outlets.

With a sprawling development area of 204,000 square meters, this project is designed to serve as a cornerstone in MBRAH's integrated aviation ecosystem, providing unparalleled opportunities for international corporations looking to expand in the Middle East.

The strategic placement of The VIP Terminal Boulevard, right next to the VIP Terminal, which is experiencing unprecedented growth in business aviation movements, underscores its significance.

It is projected that this thoroughfare will play a crucial role in attracting elite aviation entities and luxury merchants, enhancing Dubai's status as a key player in the global aviation landscape.

The construction of Aviation One, a six-story edifice within the boulevard that blends modern architectural aesthetics with advanced functional designs, has already begun, showcasing MBRAH's dedication to innovation and superiority. This development is set to be completed in phases from 2026 onward, marking a new era in Dubai's aviation industry.

MBRAH, operating within Dubai South, has long been a hub for the world's leading airlines, private jet companies, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, and related industries.

As a free-zone destination, it facilitates high-level connectivity for global aerospace participants and houses maintenance centers, as well as training and educational campuses. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, emphasized the importance of aviation to Dubai's economy and the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai.
