Mohammed Al Sharqi Reviews Fujairah Government Excellence Programme And Key Initiatives For Development
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, emphasised the need to improve institutional work systems and adopt excellence frameworks for sustainable development. This was discussed during a meeting with Sulaiman Al Kaabi, Director of the Fujairah Government Excellence Programme, and his team at the Emiri Court.
The Crown Prince highlighted the continuous support from H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah. This backing is crucial for initiatives that empower national talents and enhance government service quality, aligning with the UAE's vision for global leadership in various sectors.
During their discussion, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed was informed about key projects initiated by the programme for 2024–2025. These include Fujairah Government's ISO certification in innovation management, new governmental procedural guides, leadership development efforts, and a digital system to automate governmental excellence stages.
The meeting also covered outcomes from field visits by the programme team to several government entities across the emirate. These visits aimed to evaluate institutional performance, promote best practices, and identify areas for improvement and development.
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed praised the programme team's efforts and stressed the importance of strengthening institutional partnerships to advance excellence frameworks. He urged achieving tangible results that enhance customer satisfaction and improve service efficiency.
Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of H.H. the Crown Prince of Fujairah, attended this meeting as well.
