MoFA Highlights Digital Transformation Initiatives At GITEX Global 2025 Exhibition

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) is set to participate in GITEX Global 2025, aligning with its strategy for a comprehensive digital transformation. This initiative aims to boost operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. The event will be held from 13th to 17th October at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where MoFA will present its latest digital initiatives under the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

MoFA's digital journey is centred on offering proactive, innovative, and user-focused services. It aims to foster a culture of readiness and creativity within institutional operations while building partnerships that benefit stakeholders and beneficiaries. This year, MoFA's participation will highlight its ambitious adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies.

The ministry plans to showcase its role in modernising government operations through national programmes like the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, the UAE Government Excellence Programme, and the UAE Unified Design System. These initiatives demonstrate MoFA's commitment to more efficient services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and reinforcing a human-centric government model.

On the first day of GITEX Global 2025, MoFA will officially launch its activities at their stand. This will include highlighting key digital services and initiatives that reflect their progress toward full digital transformation. The second day will see MoFA signing several cooperation agreements aimed at enhancing intergovernmental connectivity.

Coinciding with the Year of Community 2025, MoFA plans to introduce new consular services designed to empower community members. On the third day of the exhibition, media representatives are invited to a special presentation showcasing MoFA's use of AI and modern technologies in service development. This reflects their forward-looking vision for smart government services.

Throughout GITEX Global 2025, visitors can engage with an interactive digital experience via an electronic interface. This setup allows real-time engagement and direct inquiries about various ministry services.
