UAE Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Signs Agreement With Abu Dhabi To Integrate Services On TAMM Platform
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi at GITEX Global 2025. This partnership aims to integrate MoFA’s services into Abu Dhabi's unified government services platform, "TAMM." This initiative is a key step in creating a comprehensive digital ecosystem that improves community life and simplifies access to government services.
Omar Obaid Alhesan Alshamsi, Under-Secretary of MoFA, stated that this collaboration aligns with the UAE leadership's vision. The focus is on digital transformation as a priority, promoting smart and proactive services that meet global excellence standards. He emphasized MoFA's commitment to service integration with various government entities, ensuring document attestation and other services are accessible through a unified digital platform.

The agreement also aims to strengthen government integration by connecting systems and unifying data. This will accelerate service delivery and support the UAE’s ongoing digital transformation efforts. By integrating MoFA’s services with "TAMM," the partnership seeks to enhance the quality of life for community members and facilitate seamless access to government services.
As part of the exhibition, MoFA announced its digital integration with the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) and the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH). This integration allows for document attestation through "TAMM," providing a faster, more efficient, and user-friendly experience. Customers can issue and attest documents through a single digital window, saving time, effort, and cost while ensuring high-quality service.
The Ministry continues to develop human-centric services in line with the UAE Government’s Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme. This involves redesigning all government services, eliminating redundancies, and expanding emerging technologies and artificial intelligence solutions. MoFA is committed to enhancing intergovernmental data integration for proactive, smart, and seamless services.
This initiative reflects the pioneering position of the UAE’s government ecosystem and its commitment to excellence in public service. By focusing on customer comfort and well-being, MoFA ensures that its operations provide an exceptional experience for users while advancing service integration across government entities.
The collaboration between MoFA and Abu Dhabi's Department of Government Enablement marks a significant milestone in building an innovative digital ecosystem. It supports the UAE's vision of placing digital transformation at the forefront of government priorities while delivering smart services that meet global standards.
