The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has backed the launch of new automated production lines for personal care items in Jeddah's First Industrial Zone. Unilever Saudi Arabia has taken significant steps to enhance its production in Jeddah. The company, which holds over 40% of the global personal care market, plans to expand its local operations. This expansion is expected to solidify its market position further.

Unilever Saudi Arabia is committed to sustainability, targeting net-zero emissions by 2030 for its operations and by 2039 across its entire value chain. This commitment aligns with the Kingdom's long-term industrial growth goals, supporting both environmental and economic objectives.
The investment for this project totals SAR60 million. It focuses on developing automation systems and establishing new production lines. These efforts aim to meet the demands of both local and international markets effectively.
