The event highlighted essential services and initiatives for senior citizens. It also explored ways to boost social integration and encourage active participation in developing innovative solutions for better government services. Mohammed Al Kashf from the Federal National Council emphasised that senior citizens are crucial to society.

Al Kashf stated that these national initiatives demonstrate leadership's dedication to improving seniors' lives. He noted their significant role in nation-building. "In the Federal National Council, we value these efforts and emphasise the importance of their continuation, given their direct impact on strengthening social cohesion and solidarity," he added.

Hamad Al Dhanhani, Director of Customer Happiness Centres at the Ministry, spoke about the "We Are Your Support" initiative. He said it exemplifies cooperation between government and community entities in serving seniors. The second Majlis is a step towards ongoing communication with seniors to develop sustainable solutions meeting their needs.

Al Dhanhani remarked that listening to feedback from senior citizens is vital for creating innovative solutions tailored to their aspirations. This approach ensures that government service systems evolve to meet changing needs effectively.

The Ministry's commitment to supporting senior citizens reflects a broader effort to strengthen social cohesion. By focusing on integrating seniors into community life, these initiatives aim to enhance their quality of life significantly.
