Ministry Of Islamic Affairs Rolls Out Educational Initiatives For Hajj Season 1445
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has initiated a series of call and guidance programs for the Hajj season of 1445 AH. These efforts, managed by the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj and Umrah, aim to educate pilgrims on the rituals of Hajj and Umrah. The programs align with the Kingdom's mission to promote moderation.
The ministry's services are available at Al-Mawaqit and Al-Hal mosques, Islamic awareness centres, field cabins in Makkah, and praying areas near the Grand Mosque. A distinguished group of preachers, scholars, students, and translators proficient in various international languages lead these initiatives.

To assist pilgrims, an elite group of preachers is assigned to respond to questions at awareness booths. Sermons, lessons, and daily lectures are also delivered. The ministry has established an electronic library that includes thousands of religious books to educate pilgrims using modern technology.
Round-the-Clock Assistance
A free number (8002451000) provides automated responses and answers questions around the clock in ten international languages. Additionally, electronic screens in mosques across Makkah's holy sites broadcast awareness messages in multiple languages.
Innovative Communication Methods
The ministry uses iPads to offer "Fatwa" services via video broadcast. Awareness text messages (SMS) are sent to pilgrims' mobile phones. The call program is also shared through the ministry's social media platforms.
Key Locations and Personnel
This program will be held at the Al-Khayf Mosque in Mina and presented by eminent scholars and preachers. The initiative underscores the Kingdom's commitment to guiding pilgrims with precision and accuracy.
