Ministry Of Human Resources Set To Enhance Pilgrim Experience For Hajj Season 1445 AH

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is preparing to launch several initiatives for the upcoming Hajj season. These initiatives aim to provide comprehensive services to both individuals and establishments involved in Hajj operations. Minister Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi emphasized the ministry's collaboration with relevant authorities to serve pilgrims at the holy sites.

These initiatives align with directives from the leadership, focusing on support and facilitation of services for pilgrims. One key initiative is the introduction of seasonal work visas, which will help meet workforce demands during the Hajj season. The ministry's inspection teams will ensure that temporary and seasonal work visa holders comply with regulations and labor laws at the holy sites.

Enhanced Pilgrim Support for Hajj 1445

The ministry is also launching volunteer programs to engage community members in serving pilgrims. Specialized associations will coordinate with relevant authorities to provide meals, water, sun umbrellas, and personal supplies to pilgrims. Additionally, an awareness campaign will be conducted in collaboration with Makkah and Madinah municipalities.

This campaign will be multilingual, aiming to raise awareness about the dangers of begging during the Hajj season. It will also inform pilgrims about authorized donation channels and provide contact numbers for reporting cases of begging.

To further assist pilgrims, the ministry has established childcare centers in Makkah. These centers offer a safe environment for children, allowing pilgrims to focus on their rituals. Trained personnel will provide age-appropriate activities for the children.

The ministry also facilitates Eid sacrifices on behalf of pilgrims through the "Donations Platform." Once sacrifices are completed, the animals are prepared, and their meat is distributed to those in need. The ministry oversees this process in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank and charitable associations.

Emergency Support and Assistance

Moreover, the ministry collaborates with emergency committees that include psychologists and social researchers. These professionals offer support and assistance during emergencies, ensuring that pilgrims receive necessary help promptly.

These initiatives reflect a comprehensive approach by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to enhance the Hajj experience for all involved. By addressing various needs through coordinated efforts, the ministry aims to ensure a smooth and supportive environment for pilgrims during this significant religious event.
