During COP16, visitors can explore the Saudi Green Initiative Gallery. This gallery offers an immersive experience showcasing over 80 ongoing initiatives related to climate action. Interactive displays, 3D maps, and performance panels aim to engage society in understanding the Kingdom’s sustainability vision. The gallery serves as a platform for learning about Saudi Arabia's environmental efforts.

The Saudi Green Initiative Talks are scheduled daily from December 5 to 13 at 3 pm at the gallery site. These talks feature experts and climate leaders discussing prominent sustainability trends and innovations. The discussions aim to foster a deeper understanding of global environmental challenges and solutions.

The Saudi Green Initiative focuses on three main objectives to tackle environmental issues and promote sustainability. One goal is reducing annual emissions by 278 million tons by 2030 through renewable energy expansion, carbon capture technologies, and circular carbon economy support. These efforts aim to significantly lower the Kingdom's carbon footprint.

Another objective involves planting 10 billion trees across Saudi Arabia to rehabilitate 74.8 million hectares of degraded land. To date, over 95 million trees have been planted, with 111,000 hectares of land already rehabilitated. This afforestation effort aims to restore ecosystems and enhance biodiversity.

The third goal is protecting 30% of land and marine areas by 2030, focusing on re-establishing endangered wildlife populations. This initiative seeks to safeguard natural habitats and ensure ecological balance within the Kingdom's diverse environments.

The forum underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to environmental sustainability through collaborative efforts with international experts. By addressing key topics like land rehabilitation and biodiversity preservation, it aims to create a more sustainable future for all.
