UAE Minister Of Culture Attends Emirates National Schools' Graduation Ceremony

Sheikh Salem bin Khalid Al Qassimi, Minister of Culture, attended the graduation ceremony of the 17th batch of 233 students from the Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah campuses of the Emirates National Schools. The event took place at Al Jawaher Centre, Sharjah, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court.

The ceremony saw attendance from members of the Board of Directors of Emirates National Schools, graduates' parents, several officials, directors of government and local departments, members of the administrative and teaching staff, media personnel, and guests. Ahmed Mohammed Al Hamiri, Secretary-General of the Presidential Court and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates National Schools, highlighted the importance placed by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on empowering future leaders through education.

UAE Culture Minister at School Graduation

Al Hamiri noted that the advanced educational system at Emirates National Schools meets contemporary requirements, including artificial intelligence and digital technology. He stressed that this system also instils Emirati identity, loyalty, and authenticity in students to develop well-rounded personalities. He added that Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan's patronage has strengthened the school's position locally and regionally.

He extended congratulations to the graduates and their parents, wishing them continued success in their educational journey. He urged them to maintain a commitment to excellence and to double their efforts in achieving further success. In his speech, Sheikh Salem bin Khalid Al Qassimi reiterated that since its founding by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE has prioritised education as a cornerstone of development.

Sheikh Salem mentioned that national frameworks and strategies have been implemented involving leading governmental and private institutions in the ongoing development and future of education. This commitment ensures that education remains integral to the UAE's progress.
