Minister Abdulrahman Alfadley Begins Official Visit To China To Enhance Environmental Cooperation And Exports
Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman Alfadley has embarked on an official trip to China. He leads a high-level delegation aiming to bolster ties between Saudi Arabia and China in environment, water, and food production sectors. The visit is designed to explore avenues for expanding exports and promoting Saudi products within Chinese markets.
The visit seeks to enhance the strategic partnership between the two nations by supporting joint efforts in developing environmental, agricultural, and water-related cooperation. A significant focus is on facilitating the export of Saudi products to China, including over 20 local food items ready for entry into Chinese markets.

During his stay, Minister Alfadley will engage in bilateral meetings with Chinese ministers, senior officials, and heads of major companies in key sectors. These discussions aim to explore future partnerships, transfer advanced technologies, and create new opportunities within the Saudi market.
The two sides will exchange expertise to boost trade volume and achieve sustainable development. This collaboration is part of broader efforts to deepen Saudi-Chinese relations and attract strategic investments into the Kingdom. The focus extends to exploring mutual opportunities in environment, water, agriculture, and livestock production sectors.
Minister Alfadley will also take part in the Saudi-Chinese Forum on exporting Saudi products and sustaining the agricultural sector. This forum will gather senior government officials and private sector representatives from both countries, including more than 80 Saudi businessmen and investors.
This visit underscores ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between Saudi Arabia and China while fostering economic growth through strategic partnerships.
