Meraas Awards AED 440 Million Contract For City Walk Northline Residential Project In Dubai

Meraas has awarded a contract worth AED 440 million to GCC Contracting for the City Walk Northline project. This initiative is part of the ongoing expansion of the City Walk neighbourhood. The project involves constructing three premium residential buildings, with completion expected by Q3 2027.

GCC Contracting will manage City Walk Northline 1, an eight-floor building with 114 units ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments. Additionally, City Walk Northline 2 will consist of two buildings, each with eight floors, offering a total of 190 one- to three-bedroom units.

The development signifies a key step in expanding City Walk, a prominent lifestyle destination in Dubai known for its retail, leisure, and residential offerings. The new project introduces a modern aesthetic with innovative design and curated amenities.
