Media Oasis Hosts Eighth Edition During Extraordinary Arab And Islamic Summit In Riyadh
The Ministry of Media is set to host the eighth "Media Oasis" on Monday, November 11, at the Sports Gyms in Riyadh. This event aligns with Saudi Arabia's hosting of the Extraordinary Arab and Islamic Summit. The initiative aims to offer a platform for officials and media representatives to deliver comprehensive coverage using modern technology, fostering creativity and innovation.
Spanning 2,000 square meters, this edition will feature participation from several government entities. These include the Ministry of Sport as a hosting partner, the Saudi Fund for Development, and the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center. Other participants are the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah), the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen, and more.

The oasis is designed to provide an interactive experience about Saudi Arabia's major projects through advanced technologies. It allows visitors to explore these initiatives in a non-traditional way. Various zones within the oasis offer spaces for media professionals with live broadcast screens dedicated to summit coverage.
The oasis includes offices and equipment for media coverage by local and international television channels and newspapers. Television studios are also part of the setup. The aim is to accommodate over 1,000 visitors, including officials and representatives from various local and international media outlets covering the summit's activities.
Through Media Oasis, the Ministry of Media seeks to provide visitors with opportunities to explore national projects. Officials and media professionals can benefit from modern technologies and interactive models. They can engage with experts to contribute to accurate awareness of these initiatives.
