The Ministry of Media wrapped up the 10th annual Media Oasis on Wednesday. This event was organised with the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) and coincided with the Global Symposium for Regulators 2025 (GSR25) in Riyadh. Held at the King Abdul Aziz International Conference Center, it drew over 5,000 attendees, including more than 2,500 media professionals from over 100 media outlets.
The Media Oasis featured five main zones that blended media, technology, and innovation. The "Oasis Exhibition" was a key highlight, showcasing interactive pavilions from at least 10 public and private sector partners. These pavilions displayed achievements aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and unique initiatives from private partners.

In the "Digital Bridge" zone, visitors could explore Saudi Arabia’s technological journey spanning a century, from 1925 to 2025. This zone documented significant milestones in the nation's digital development and highlighted major advancements in the technology sector over time.
During the event, more than 150 guided tours were conducted for GSR25 delegates and guests from both inside and outside Saudi Arabia. These tours were led by graduates of the "Salam for Cultural Communication" programs in various languages. They showcased Saudi Arabia’s achievements in media and technology while promoting global cultural communication.
The Media Oasis hosted a variety of international and regional media outlets from countries such as Russia, the United States, China, India, and Egypt. Local media also participated in this event.
