MBRHE Delivers Over AED 1.725 Billion In Housing Support Packages To Emiratis In H1 2025

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has provided housing support packages worth over AED1.725 billion to 3,027 beneficiaries in the first half of 2025. This initiative aligns with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and guidance from H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The effort aims to enhance family stability and improve the quality of life for Emirati citizens.

Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, Acting CEO of MBRHE, highlighted that these achievements reflect the leadership's vision to empower citizens with quality housing solutions. He stated: "We are committed to translating the noble directives into tangible results by innovating a flexible and comprehensive housing system based on efficiency and service quality, contributing to higher levels of family and social stability."

MBRHE Provides AED 1.725 Billion in Housing Support

The housing support packages include 1,390 housing schemes valued at AED1.184 billion, assisting citizens in building, maintaining, and purchasing homes. Additionally, 935 housing grants worth AED540.3 million have been allocated for home maintenance, construction, and ownership requests. These efforts are part of an integrated support system designed to help citizens own suitable homes.

Furthermore, as part of this initiative, 695 land grants have been facilitated under the packages. This comprehensive approach ensures that Emirati citizens can secure appropriate housing solutions tailored to their needs.

Al Shehhi emphasised that these initiatives align with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Social Agenda 33. These plans aim to position Dubai as a global leader in quality of life through an advanced and sustainable housing ecosystem that fosters economic growth alongside social cohesion.

The sustained efforts by MBRHE demonstrate a commitment to enhancing family stability while promoting social cohesion within the community. By providing high-quality housing solutions, the establishment is working towards creating a supportive environment for Emirati families.
