MBRHE Achieves Historic 7-Star Rating In Organisation-Wide Innovation Award For Excellence

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has set a new benchmark by becoming the first organisation globally to receive a 7-Star rating in the Organisation-Wide Innovation Award (OWIA). This accolade was part of the 11th International Best Practice Competition 2025. The award highlights MBRHE's leadership in merging global best practices with innovative solutions, establishing it as a model for institutional innovation worldwide.

This prestigious award is organised by BPIR.com, the Centre for Organisational Excellence Research (COER), and the Global Benchmarking Network (GBN). These entities are renowned for promoting and assessing best institutional practices globally. The award is given to institutions that demonstrate exceptional ability in crafting innovative and effective solutions within an environment that nurtures innovation, aligning with MBRHE's strategy and innovation framework.

The evaluation process for MBRHE was comprehensive, focusing on ten key criteria. These included leadership, strategic planning, human capacity development, processes, tools and technologies, ideas management and best practices, resources and facilities, organisational culture, partnerships and stakeholder relations, performance indicators, and achieved results.
