MBRF links its appearance at Cairo International Book Fair to a wider strategy for knowledge development that spans the UAE, the Middle East, and international partners. Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of MBRF, said, "We, at MBRF, look forward to participating in CIBF, which serves as one of the most prominent intellectual and knowledge events regionally and globally. Our participation aligns with our belief in the significant role of such platforms in boosting the global knowledge movement among people and promoting comprehensive and sustainable knowledge-based development. During CIBF, we seek to offer intellectual spaces for constructive dialogue that support the advancement of knowledge, while underscoring our efforts in the book and publishing sector to establish societies driven by knowledge, creativity, and innovation."

During the fair, the Knowledge Lounge initiative of MBRF will run a series of open events that bring writers and readers together. Plans include moderated discussions, creative workshops, and meetings with media professionals, giving participants space to debate ideas, exchange experiences, and support the intellectual movement across the wider Arab knowledge scene.

The Dubai International Programme for Writing (DIPW) will add another layer to MBRF’s schedule at Cairo International Book Fair through activities aimed at developing new literary voices. Sessions for adults and children will encourage participants to share texts, discuss techniques, and build skills that support strong knowledge content and a more active literary culture in the region.
