RAK Central is strategically located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Salem Al Qasimi Street. It offers stunning views of Al Hamra Golf Club and the Arabian Gulf. The site provides easy access to the E-11 highway, with ongoing expansions improving connectivity further. This makes it an attractive investment zone in the region.
The development includes roads, cycle tracks, landscaping, and green spaces with numerous trees already completed. Sub-developers are set to start commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects soon. The RAK Central HQ is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2027.

The LEED Gold certified office buildings offer dual licensing options and investor-friendly frameworks. These will be managed under a hospitality-driven model to ensure high-quality living standards for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
