Mansoor Bin Mohammed Reviews Dubai Police’s Unmanned Aerial Systems Operations For Enhanced Security

H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Ports and Borders Security Council, recently visited the Unmanned Aerial Systems Centre (UASC) at Dubai Police General Headquarters. The visit aimed to assess the latest drone technologies that enhance policing operations, predictive security measures, proactive strategies, and early warning systems.

During his visit, H.H. Sheikh Mansoor was welcomed by Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police. He was accompanied by Major General Ahmad Zaal bin Kreshan Al Muhairi for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Major General Hareb Al Shamsi for Criminal Investigation Affairs. Several senior officers and officials were also present.

Additionally, surveillance systems for monitoring licensed and unlicensed drones were demonstrated.

H.H. Sheikh Mansoor emphasised the importance of these technologies in advancing Dubai’s strategic goal of becoming the world’s safest city. The seamless coordination with strategic partners plays a crucial role in achieving this objective.
