Manga Productions, part of the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk), recently wrapped up its involvement in Anime Japan 2025. This event is among the most esteemed anime exhibitions globally. For the first time, Manga Productions sponsored this international gathering, underscoring its dedication to enhancing Saudi Arabia's role in the anime sector.
The exhibition took place at Tokyo Big Sight and drew over 150,000 attendees, with participation from more than 100 companies worldwide. Dr. Essam Bukhari, CEO of Manga Productions, expressed pride in their involvement and thanked both Japanese and global audiences for their warm reception. He stated that sponsoring such a major event is crucial for building partnerships in co-production, distribution, and content licensing.
