His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has arrived in Brussels. He is there to attend the inaugural GCC-European Union Summit. Upon arrival, he was greeted by Jassim Mohammed Al Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), along with other senior officials.
