His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has arrived in Brussels. He is there to attend the inaugural GCC-European Union Summit.
