ADNEC Group Prepares For Make It In The Emirates 2025 With Major Expansion And New Opportunities
ADNEC Group is gearing up for the Make it in the Emirates 2025 event, marking its first organisation of this significant forum. This year's edition will span over 68,000 square metres, a substantial increase from previous years. The event will feature more than 720 exhibitors, a remarkable rise compared to last year. The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) is hosting the event alongside strategic partners.
The event is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), and ADNOC. It aims to connect innovators, manufacturers, and investors across 12 strategic sectors. This collaboration seeks to unlock industrial growth opportunities and foster innovation within these key areas.

Capital Events, ADNEC Group's events management arm, is leading the forum's execution. They are curating an engaging exhibition floor and agenda that brings together global industry leaders and policymakers. The event promises to be a hub for innovation and industrial advancement.
The ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi will host this year's edition, prepared to accommodate over 30,000 visitors. The Operations team has implemented a detailed plan to ensure smooth traffic flow and parking access. Entry for exhibitors, delegates, and VIP guests will be well-coordinated for a seamless experience.
Security measures have been enhanced to guarantee participant safety throughout the four-day event. Capital 360 Event Experiences, an ADNEC Group subsidiary specialising in event management services, plays a crucial role in bringing this event to life.
Exhibitor Engagement and Connectivity
Capital 360 is delivering 45 custom-designed stands for exhibitors while managing 12 feature zones like the Media Centre and Networking Lounge. These zones aim to boost engagement and connectivity during the event. With 230 plug-and-play exhibitor pods available, exhibitors can expect a high-impact presence.
The dedicated advertising division oversees venue-wide branding and sponsor activations. Full technical services are provided to all exhibitors to ensure a seamless experience. A total of 32,000 sqm of premium carpeting has been laid out to enhance the visitor journey.
Capital Catering serves as the official caterer for ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi during the event. Known for its world-class food services at major exhibitions, Capital Catering will offer diverse menus through indoor and outdoor food trucks. Quick-service counters and VIP lounges will provide refined hospitality options.
