Diriyah Company has partnered with Majid Al Futtaim Holding to enhance Diriyah Square, a premium lifestyle district. This collaboration will introduce a VOX Cinemas multiplex and seven top-tier brands to the area. The agreement marks Majid Al Futtaim as the first major lifestyle and entertainment partner at Diriyah Square, bringing a mix of fashion, home furnishings, and beauty brands.
The retail outlets will cover about 5,534.48 square meters, while the VOX Cinemas will occupy 7,632.93 square meters. Together, they span a total of 13,167.41 square meters. The partnership also includes the launch of Saudi Arabia's first standalone retail store for the Japanese beauty brand Shiseido.

Flagship stores for lululemon, Crate & Barrel, and Abercrombie & Fitch will be established in Diriyah Square. Additionally, new locations for AllSaints, CB2, and Hollister will be introduced. This expansion aims to offer an unparalleled shopping experience for both residents and visitors.
The formal signing took place at Diriyah Company's headquarters with Jerry Inzerillo from Diriyah Company and Ahmed Galal Ismail from Majid Al Futtaim Holding present. Senior leaders from both organisations attended the event to mark this significant partnership.

Diriyah Square's Vision
Diriyah Square aims to connect top global brands with authentic Saudi luxury concepts in a pedestrian-friendly area that blends culture and leisure. Once completed, it will host over 400 retail brands alongside luxury boutiques and dining options.
This development follows a $600 million contract awarded to Salini Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd. for construction work on Diriyah Square. The project includes one of the world's largest underground car parks with over 10,500 spaces.
Impact on Saudi Vision 2030
The broader Diriyah development is integral to Saudi Vision 2030. It is expected to contribute around $18.6 billion (SAR70 billion) to the Kingdom's GDP and create nearly 180,000 jobs. Upon completion, it will accommodate approximately 100,000 residents.
