A report from the Madinah Chamber highlights nine key competitive strengths, including diverse investment incentives and facilities across promising sectors. Investors benefit from multi-year tax exemptions and advantages in industries like manufacturing, tourism, and advanced technologies.

Foreign investors enjoy the ability to fully own their companies in most economic sectors within Madinah. The region offers streamlined services for investors and entrepreneurs through relevant authorities, simplifying procedures for obtaining investment licenses via a unified regional investment system.

Madinah boasts advanced infrastructure and a robust transportation network. Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, AlUla International Airport, and Prince Abdul Mohsen bin Abdulaziz Airport in Yanbu collectively serve over 11 million passengers annually. Additionally, the Haramain High-Speed Train transports more than 1.5 million passengers each year.

Yanbu Commercial Port handles around 20 million tons of goods and 1.5 million containers annually. Meanwhile, King Fahd Industrial Port manages approximately 15 million tons and 400,000 containers each year. These facilities enhance the region's logistical capabilities significantly.

Established on about 10 million square meters, it houses 540 factories across different sectors, representing roughly 4.6% of Saudi Arabia's total factories.
