Maalem Al-Tawhid Initiative Launched To Deepen Pilgrims' Understanding Of Tawhid In Hajj

The Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched the "Maalem Al-Tawhid" initiative as part of the operational religious plan for the Hajj season of 1445 AH. This initiative included a scientific course at the Grand Mosque titled "Al-Tawhid in Hajj."

The course featured prominent figures such as the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh, who is also the President of the Council of Senior Scholars and General Presidency of Scholarly Research and Ifta. Esteemed teachers from the Grand Mosque also participated.

Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, emphasised that the two Holy Mosques play a crucial role in promoting Tawhid (monotheism). He highlighted their efforts in calling to Tawhid and establishing the methodology of the Salaf.

"Among the pillars of religious affairs, the presidency is enriching the pilgrims' understanding and journey of Hajj by elucidating the deep connection between Tawhid and the pillars, obligations, traditions, sayings, and actions of Hajj, as it is the ultimate purpose of Hajj," Sheikh Al-Sudais stated.

He noted that the scientific course for this Hajj season concluded today with participation from key religious figures. This course is part of the outcomes of the "Maalem Al-Tawhid" initiative prepared for Hajj 1445 AH. The initiative aims to convey the religious message of the two Holy Mosques and enrich pilgrims' understanding of Tawhid.

Sheikh Al-Sudais added that this initiative ensures pilgrims perform their rites correctly, achieve a blessed Hajj, are rewarded for their efforts, and have their sins forgiven.
