M42 And ADGM Academy Sign MoU To Enhance Skills Of Emirati Professionals
M42, a global leader in tech-enabled health solutions, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ADGM Academy. This collaboration aims to provide educational and experiential programmes for Emirati professionals over the coming years. The initiative aligns with the UAE’s vision to enhance Emirati skills through technical training, contributing to national growth and prosperity.
The MoU signing ceremony was held at ADGM Academy. Abdulla Al Suwaidi from the ADGM Academy Board and Faisal Al Mulla from M42 outlined the partnership's goals. They aim to establish an educational hub for training Emirati professionals in various health-tech roles, enhancing current employees' skills to meet market demands.

This collaboration will integrate into the National Development Programme and Financial Job Centre. It will provide essential knowledge and skills to both existing and emerging Emirati talent within M42. New courses will be developed based on industry-required competencies, addressing critical skill gaps.
ADGM Academy plans to partner with private hospitals and government authorities. This partnership aims to create a skilled workforce that contributes to national progress and economic prosperity. The focus is on developing programmes aligned with identified skill sets.
