LEAP 2025 Tech Conference Begins With Participation From 18 Countries Under 'Into New Worlds' Theme

The LEAP 2025 Tech Conference is set to begin on Sunday, February 9. Organised by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, and Tahaluf, this event marks its fourth edition. It is recognised as the largest tech gathering globally, aiming to delve into the future of technology while showcasing innovations and facilitating knowledge exchange.

Taking place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, the conference will run until Wednesday, February 12. This year's theme is "Into New Worlds," with participation from 18 countries. The event promises new experiences for attendees alongside cultural and entertainment activities. The Riyadh Metro will assist with transportation through 125 shuttle buses on designated routes.

LEAP 2025 serves as a premier platform for technological and digital transformation discussions. It brings together global leaders from both public and private sectors, top innovators, and key stakeholders in tech investment. The conference will feature over 1,000 international speakers and tech experts, along with 1,800 exhibitors.

Approximately 680 startups are expected to participate in this year's edition. The event also offers awards exceeding $1 million. As a leading investment platform, it provides investors and entrepreneurs worldwide with opportunities to explore promising new horizons.

This year’s conference introduces several enhancements for visitors. In addition to cultural events, there are new experiences designed to engage attendees more effectively. Visitors can enjoy discounts via the Careem app for easier transportation access.

To accommodate increased attendance, an additional 5,000 parking spaces have been added around the venue. This brings the total number of parking spots to 22,500. These improvements aim to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.

The collaboration between Tahaluf—a joint venture involving the federation—and global company Informa PLC highlights the significance of this event. It underscores its role in fostering international cooperation within the tech sector.
