The agreement was signed by Hala Badri from Dubai Culture and Professor Michael Allen from Zayed University. This MoU sets up a framework for future cooperation in cultural initiatives.

Commenting on this partnership, H.H. said: "This partnership reflects our conviction that education and culture are deeply interconnected. By empowering students to contribute meaningfully to our cultural landscape, we are not only nurturing emerging talent but also fostering a strong sense of ownership, purpose, and pride among the next generation."

Commitment to Creative Ecosystem

On the sidelines of Art Dubai 2025, H.H. Sheikha Latifa reiterated her commitment to fostering partnerships that nurture a sustainable creative ecosystem in Dubai. The focus is on empowering artists and creative talents to thrive within this vibrant environment.
