Landmark Group's AED 5 Million Donation Boosts Mothers' Education Endowment Fund

In a significant move towards supporting global education, Landmark Group has pledged AED 5 million to the Mothers’ Endowment campaign. This initiative, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, aims to establish an AED 1 billion endowment fund. The fund is dedicated to enhancing the quality of education for millions worldwide, marking a notable effort during the holy month of Ramadan under the MBRGI umbrella.

Renuka Jagtiani, Chairwoman of Landmark Group, expressed her pride in aligning with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. She highlighted the campaign as a benevolent initiative to honour mothers and aid underprivileged communities. "As we celebrate 50 years of Landmark in the region, we are grateful for the invaluable support we have received from the leaders, the government, our partners, and the people of the UAE," Jagtiani stated. She emphasized that their contribution is aimed at honouring mothers and investing in education to foster a more equitable and empowered society.

AED 5M Boost for Mothers' Fund

The Mothers’ Endowment campaign encourages individuals and institutions to honour their mothers through donations. These contributions are directed towards supporting sustainable education for underprivileged communities. This initiative reflects His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's vision for sustainable good and charity.

Contributions to the Mothers’ Endowment fund can be made through various channels. The campaign’s website (Mothersfund.ae) and a dedicated call centre via toll-free number (800 9999) are primary avenues for donations. Additionally, bank transfers in UAE dirham can be made to Emirates Islamic Bank account number AE790340003708472909201. For those preferring to donate via SMS, sending the word "Mother" to numbers (1034, 1035, 1036, 1038) for Etisalat by e& users is an option. Other platforms include the DubaiNow app under the "Donations" tab and Dubai’s community contributions platform Jood (Jood.ae).
